Loving the shopping cart, it’s so freaking cute. Neo is loving his day at the supermarket. By the way, that ice cream thing is awesome. Cristal, there’s alway a bright side. I’ve been having anxiety problems ever since I gave birth to my first child, some people really don’t know about these issues. It’s very painful for the person that’s going through it. As time has gone by, I have good days and bad days. Lying on the floor and breathe slowly in and out for about a half hour, helps me. We don’t really know how to breathe, we just do it half way, but not profoundly like it should be. There are really good techniques in yoga. It has help me to cope. Stay healthy and most of all, Peace ✌️
