In the game's settings there's an option that allows you change the microphone minigame settings. You can disable them entirely which removes them from the random games pool. It's also possible to change it to just use the controller, so you would instead press a button to bring up a list of all the voice commands in the minigame (i.e. in the beginning where you have to say "yes" to play you just press the button and select yes, instead of struggle for an eternity until the game finally understands you somehow).
