며칠전 냉장고에서도 굳지않는 쑥찹쌀떡 만들며 만든
팥고물로 반찰시루떡을 쉽게 만들었어요
국산팥 듬뿍 넣고 맵쌀과 찹쌀을 5대5로 섞어 만들어서
쫄깃하고 촉촉하고 식감도 아주 좋습니다
냉동했다 다음날 덜 해동된 약간 차가운 상태로 먹는데도
쫀득하며 너무 맛있습니다 ㅠ

설탕 3큰술 30g
물 2큰술
소금 반큰술 4g
