Can you replant the new leaves/roots into the original mother plant’s pot eventually?

Yes that is possible! But if the new plant is too young, it usually needs to be watered more frequently than the mother plant, so that might be difficult to do when it’s in the same pot as the mother plant. I don't like to plant cuttings rooted in water directly back to the mother plant's pot for this reason. If the new plant is already in soil and is surviving on a similar watering frequency as the mother plant, that's usually my preferred time to replant them together :)

Hi there, I did not cut my water rooted neon pothos apart, will it still grow?

It's okay to not cut it into individual leaves and nodes :)
