Via his Neo form, he took the guise of Eggman to distract all 4 teams so his plan of gathering their data could go into fruition. And when he needed Perfect Chaos' data as well, he kidnapped Chocola Chao and Froggy, but under a Sonic disguise so Team Rose would think Sonic was the culprit.

I totally agree with you, this game is by far the best Sonic fangame (in my opinion). This game is a REAL Sonic the Hedgehog 4, not that cheap SEGA's knockoff

@@TheGael95 I originally thought Triple Trouble is like a separate timeline. This version linking to S3&K did made some sense except I didn't like the idea that they didn't get any rest at all. For Knuckles, it's fine because it feels like it's just the beginning between him and Mecha Sonic (which maybe now it's Metal).

@@NeoRageCH Knuckles gets attacked by Eggrobo some time after he got back to Angel Island since Triple Trouble’s events. In a sense, that creates a reoccuring story about Knuckles having to protect the Master Emerald from evil robots (Metal Sonic in TT, Eggrobo and Mecha Sonic in S3K)
