3 years between most recent comments lol. Just about had a heart attack watching this. I remember this in the gas station arcade near my house growing up. Not the best memories lol. Pretty amazing run - There aren't many people in the world that can pull off a feat like this.

Yours is the first speed run I have ever seen of this game. Very nice! I see Some room for improvement but not much. I’ve been playing it since I got my Genesis in 1989, and before that in the arcade so I know the game well and have a few tricks of my own. It’s definitely my weekly go to since I got it new back in 1989. I just really dig it. I have been able to finish many parts of it, very close to as fast as you here however never in one consistent run. Not yet anyway! When your video started I bet myself you were gonna get the knife and use it throughout most of the run because I learned this as well early on in the 1990,s when I got real deep into the game and beyond pissed at the large worm boss. I was happy to see I was right, it’s the best against the big green worm. I have beat it(the worm) faster then you have in this round and have many times however it’s rare. I love how you work the areas before the big cloud monster and how you skip the 2nd devil and the lil clouds like they don’t exist. Definitely new to me & Awesome! You have inspired all of my future play of this game for the better, thank you and Congratulations!!!!

Duuuude I been binge watching all the killer GnG runs would love to see your Cursed Castilla or if not......Battle Princess Madelyn??? Of course u don’t HAVE to but would be great additions to your run collection 😃

Maybe. I've played Castilla I thought it was okay didn't love it honestly. Same with Madelyn but I'd like to revisit it. Thanks for checking out the channel

@@neoxaquas Thanks dude! I've been playing the GENS version my whole life. Ever since watching your speedruns I've been practicing to get on the leaderboard. The castle fucks me up every time, but I'm getting better. Your tutorial video really helped :)
