Completely removing those parts will likely lead you to getting a fine whereas changing them for aftermarket oned won't really get you a fine unless some rude cop checks you. I myself have changed my handlebars and mirros for an aftermarket one and haven't gotten in trouble yet. Also it also depends on what kind of mod it is. For example a bar end mirror is more likely to lead you to getting a fine than a normal aftermarket mirror that you can screw in the clucth or brake assy. Hand guards and engine guards are fine I've never seen a cop give someone a fine for it. Changing the side indicators for a smaller one will typically land you a fine so its better not to change them. In short if you want to add some mods with less risk of a fine just add some kind of leg or engine guard some lever guards or hand/knuckle guards. Yiu can change your handle bars but if it is a naked don't opt for the clip ons it attracts the cops. Change the mirrors but make sure it isn't bar end. And avoid changing the tail tidy as most cops won't appreciate it but I've seen tons of people having a cleaner tail tidy I myself have one but it's a benelli so they don't typically check that they straight uo go for my exhaust which is modified but its hard to tell. Panigale has dry clutch so it dosn't sound loud

​@AkashThapaMagar-uk6vc Not really most panigales have wet clutch only some do dry clutches.And dry clutches won't affect the sound from the exhaust as dry clutch only creates those knocking/grinding or as most call it the rattling sound. In my opinion the RSv4 sounds better than the panigale just my opinion tho and most people do agree but panigale does sound great as well with tuning and other mods you can probably make it sound better but with a stock bike with only an exhaust change the RS sounds better.
