Lovely. Kathmandu is one of the best excursions you have taken on this channel. Your tech improvements make a huge difference. There is a great deal of seismic activity in this area, so it's not surprising to see so many of these ancient buildings propped up on the outside with timbers and steel poles. I suspect there are occasional failures, resulting in a mountain of bricks in the street! The large building you walked past around 13:15 was quite beautiful. We never see wood carving and hand crafted detail like this in western construction. Well done Shivani!
