Hello everyone,
Fried chicken recipe is one of the favorite dishes in Nepal. Whenever we party with friends and family, fried chicken, chicken drumsticks or the chicken lollipop is always the part of the food. I still remember, during each college picnic we tried to make chicken drumsticks or chicken lollipop but it was never perfect. However, fried chicken was the first thing on the menu that was sold out first.
If you love chicken drumsticks or fried chicken in general then you should try this recipe. It is very simple recipe and easy to follow. Watch the video and enjoy making this chicken recipe during the weekends. I am sure you will be delighted to see the result.
This chicken recipe can also be baked in the oven. Heat up the oven up to 180 degrees Celsius and bake the chicken for about 12 to 15 minutes.
Ingredients
1 kg Chicken Drumsticks
2-3 table spoon Garlic and Ginger paste
250 ml frying Oil
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric (besar) Powder
1 teaspoon Kasmiri Mirch (can also use degi mirch)
Table Salt (According to taste)
Juice from one Lemon
2 Table spoon natural yogurt
1 egg
1 tablespoon corn starch, rice flour or all purpose flour

Wow thank you so much! My mom bought chicken drumstick but she did not know how to cook it. I showed her this video and she make the drumsticks. She understand everything because it's in nepali. The chicken is very yummy. 😋🤤

You have to show inside of chicken, which you didn't. May be dry from inside.

Yes it is right that we did`t show inside the chicken but the chicken was really juicy inside. If we fry it for long time, of course it will dry out.
