I'm gonna just say that Kid Neptune is Adorable in this OVA The other three are just handfuls be because the sisters have to deal with them. Especially Noire who whines about wanting a Princess Dress 😅 No joke, Noire demanded that Uni get her a qoute "Hime-Sama Dress" Hime-sama = Princess

@@Adam-kn7qe Chrome (at least in the anime) is canon Arfoire. Play and achieve the true end of RB;1- she looks exactly like true Arfoire. There was already a whole back and forth about if Chrome and Arfoire were the same.
