A nice simple kit, I like it. But Mrs Tyeth and I were right, Darth Swampcat is trying to turn your channel to the Dart Side of the Force!

Always thought the pathfinder would be a nice mag fed short dart blaster.

I believe that the new pusher is suppose to be glued inside the buffer tube instead of on top. This would account for the over priming you have to do, to reliability feed. But I could be wrong.

As much as I love my rival rounds. A mag fed rival blaster isn't my go to. That being said, the Pathfinder was one of my must buy blasters that got me into the hobby. I think this is going to be next on the list of mods for mine to get it usable in battles for me.

Pathfinder seems like a really cool mp5 style shell, and honestly pretty unique as far as nerf goes. I like it and ordered mine a couple days ago, hasnt got here yet but im excited. I love the SMG style look, and will probably give painting it a go.

That’s a svelte little kit! I really like the Pathfinder shell. This make it a little more competitive if you can get a little more power with a longer barrel. Neat!!

had this same one. some difficulties with getting a good air seal and shot would not leave the barrel. I fixed most problems but air seal is still not great.

Feeding the algorithm And the Pathfinder’s throw for loading is short even by rival standards.

The mag angle not matching the shell mag well angle has always bothered me about this kit. Weird gripe, I know.

I really need to get a pathfinder.

With a lighter spring, what do you think of this blaster in comparison to an Alpha Trooper or other springers for HvZ?

Captain Xavier: I was talking to someone that I know about Nerf moding and they had a quandary that I had some interest in which was: “why not use a broken blaster and fix it into what we want it to be?” do you have any insight on this? I would like to hear your opinion. Also, while I am commenting, do you have any intention to restart diagnostic and repair?

I was just trying to work on this exact kit today and discovered that the mag well they sent does not work with any of my talon mags. I wonder if anyone else had a similar issue?

Now I'm wondering to what extent does a kit require you to trim, sand, dremel, glue, and band saw before its no longer a "drop-in" kit.

Vary cool, I want to get one but half darts and magazines are too expensive (25 for 100 half darts and 20 for 1 magazine)

Only thing bugging me is the angle of the magwell and angle of the mag are different. It shouldn't bug me, but it does. Otherwise solid kit
