Scaling Hp% execute is unhealthy for the game, even pyke's execute isn't based on hp% but on flat hp, so tanks can still build hp and benefit against him, but when you have a 20% hp execute like elder, the more hp you build the less it matters

Just rework, that champ was shit from the start, very bad design when he's either completely useless or autowin no in between, plus fire whoever made it

Smolder now entirely rely on your Q burn and exercute, which is not even good at 225 stacks, the damage at 225 stacks is only mildly annoying to tanks and completely neglectable to everyone else because you don't have any burst damage, a fight at 225 stacks need to last around 15s for you to deal the same damage as a Caitlynn in 5 seconds. You only starts becoming an actual threat at 350+ stacks. His item scaling is actually dogshit, nothing you buy besides ER significantly affect your damage output, you are so reliance on your stacks to do anything. It feels horrible to play, it's like how you used to play Kassadin and Kayle, being a minion for 30 minutes and autowin if you can survive until ultra late game. Now at least those 2 can actually do stuff from 6-15 unlike Smolder whose only objective is to farm and statcheck people late game, it's so uninteractive. Riot should just rework him honestly, a %maxHP true damage plus an exercute could never be balanced, it's either going make the champion nerfed to the ground or be braindead OP, make his crit scaling actually worth building for, and the 225 stack Q should just convert part of the damage into true damage like Camille but only if it crits and remove the exercute completely or just makes it based on missing health not a flat exercute, that'd make him less stack reliance and be an actual champion before 225 stacks
