In 2003 the 12th std Andrapradesh physics paper got leaked and paper leak in other states have also taken place. The only solution is no students should write the exam in their state and question paper need not be printed but pendrive be sent to various centers where they can take a print out an hour before exam. Only the District headquarter should be made center of exam . Another solution is to have 2 stage exam like UPSC. In China every one aspiring to get into any type of exam have to write an entrance exam . When China could conduct it why not India.

I did study TN state syllabus and finished school first. I did BE in TN when we had entrance exam. I went on pursue doctorate in rocket science in US. I tell you knowing something about education, not just NEET, but all IIT exams are total waste of time, it doesnt filter out smart students. The smart students are the one who understand the subject and think creatively, develop mental faculty to solve problems. These exams doesnt test students problem solving ability, these exams test students who spend time preparing and coaching on the subject they studied. Total waste of time. These exams filters out the students who develop problem solving ability, no wonder all IITs are not even in worlds top 100 education institution.
