@@josephineokoli3733one thing do not eat sugar or drink caffeine drinks. Take non fortified nutritional yeast for b vitamins. Twice a day. Drink barley green drinks. Eat alot of dark greens. Only eat twice a day. No snacks. Eat a couple brazil nuts per day for selenium and take kelp for iodine. Eat Salmon often. Also sprinkle some turmeric in water, stir and drink before bed. It fights inflammation. I had those problems with my feet and hands. I had to back off eating eggs and dairy. Also don't eat wheat which is in crackers, bread, cookies etc etc. Most of it is gmo.

The ones showing in this, KZfaq we call American blueberries, and they have the characteristic that they are not blue all the way through when you chop one over. The Nordic blueberry is much smaller and blue all the way through inside. It is not as sweet as the bigger, blueberries and is much healthier than the American blueberry because there’s much more of the healthier thing inside. I’m a little surprised that is not more mentioned when you talk about blueberries.

Chinese places say they don't use MSG however my numbness indicator tell me that they did. There's a place in Texas call Htea0 absolutely love this place I half and half blueberry and raspberry intense I love blueberry so much I purchased the bag and reading the contents seems to have hibiscus flower Sencha green tea Rosehips. Orange peel a mix of blueberry and raspberry with Acai Barry caffeine content 60% less than regular green tea. I know not as healthy as fresh berries right. Interesting to me that I had so many different ingredients when I open the bag and use part of it it looked very good quality. I like to put a lot of hibiscus flower and a little bit of that in my teapot. I've thrown in some other things too different seeds spices Ginger turmeric root. Hi there. Thanks for your question. Let me clear up the confusion. When you take 4 capsules of N. Gold (2-am/2-pm) you will recieve a total of 500 mg of Benfotiamine and 600 mg of R-ALA. And yes, this is the dose that anyone with peripheral neuropathy should take based on clinical studies. Hope this helps clarify things.

Is it ok to consume dry form because in my place fresh is not available kindly reply thanks and regards.
@NerveDoctors
@NerveDoctors 10 ай бұрын
If you do not have pre-diabetes or diabetes you can consume dried blueberries in moderation because the dried form concentrates the sugar content of the blueberries. For instance: A serving of dried blueberries has 27 grams of sugar while a serving of fresh has 13. A serving of dried blueberries provides no vitamin C while a serving of fresh provides 24% your daily requirement.

Blueberries will provide the basic nutritional foundation to help support the nerves. You still need a good nerve support formula and you need to address the underlying causes as well.

Hi there. You're very welcome for the video. Well you might be disappointed to find out that I'm not acting, I really am that animated in real life and with my patients. I believe it's more important to be real than a text book image of a cold and stiff doctor, but that's merely my humble opinion. I'm sure there are those that may disagree with me and that's ok. That's why half the videos are recorded with Dr C and the other half with me. I realize that not everyone will resonate with my personality. Regardless, please know that I truly care and want to help as many people as I possibly can. Regarding our fur babies. We can very easily edit them out of the video but we choose not to with the intention that it will bring a smile or possibly even laughter (at some of their silly antics) which is so needed for people suffering from this absolutely horrible condition. We have always had a therapy dog in our clinic (Bella), and 2 rescue cats, and we found that helped people tremendously and our patients would look forward to seeing them. BTW...all of our fur babies have been rescued by us from the streets. We have found them injured, starved, sick or dehydrated and bring them home to help them recover and get all the love they deserve. Thank you for your feedback. We always value it whether it's positive or negative. It's what helps us grow. Blessings.
