It looks tiny in comparison with the actual Ultimate Shenron from the anime. That thing was massive, its solely head was the size of the lookout itself.

even though this game doesn't give you a lot of free play I give props to this game because you're allowed to play the entire story in ultimate tenkiechi and the best part about it you can fight black star shenron

Not all of them only the Shenron's created by Kami or as he went by before gaining the title the Nameless Namekian, though in Black Star Shenron's case he was killed when Kami separated from his darkside that became Piccolo, only when they fused back into the Nameless Namek did Ultimate Shenron revive Each Eternal Dragon was created by one Namekian each, though in cases like Porunga and Shenron they can be revived and if I recall life linked with other Namekians when they're original creator died.
