I had the same problem. Watched another video and found out if you turn the mini over there is a tiny button on the bottom, near where the power cord plugs in. Push & hold and you will then hear the factory reset warning and can follow the rest of this video. Hope that helps.

It barely looks like a button on mine. It's a small slightly indented circle near the edge on the bottom near the power cord. See if you have that and hold it down.

Hi I watched you video and it's very clear but my nest isn't responding when I hold my finger in the centre. I have tried a few different positions and holding it there for a while but it doesn't recognise it. The mic is off, I have 4 orange circles in a line but I am not sure what to do. Would be grateful for any advice or help. Thank you

I had the same trouble. I found a tiny button underneath it at the bottom. Hold that button to reset.

Hi I am from Australia and I hope you can help? I have an issue with my 2 google nest minis (Gen 2). They BOTH seem to have gone offline, yet the Hub and Audio speakers are still working??? I have performed factory resets on both as you showed, (even did the turning on/off 11 times). I have the correct WIFI Pswd... yet it still hangs up in connecting or tells me I have the wrong info WIFI password. I am clearly ready to pull my hair out at this stage.... Can you offer me some advice as to what is going on or things I could try? Thank you

Unplug ur router/modem for 30 seconds then plug back in… after another 30 seconds try again ✌🏻

@WorldofTech Thanx for getting back to me so quickly I have done the router previously, that didn't work. I suppose all that is left now is to completely take it all offline by rebooting the hub & audio and redoing all the info. Thanx again. 👍👍

I have performed the factory reset, went through the setup, but now when I broadcast the mini repeats what I said on the device I am broadcasting on before it even says, "Broadcasting now." It never makes it to the other devices. What do I do?
