And they are not in a romantic relationship, they are friends. So it's not cheating. And actually claiming the kid as his own is what makes him a good person.

Aside from Allie, almost every character could be considered a side character. The show is pretty much an ensemble. Grizz actually had more screen time than Campbell to my re-collection.

You left out his best scene; the raid scene, when he’s agitated and yelling and acting like a clueless mess. It was so funny to see a different side of his character, he’s always so composed and wise and poetic. Also, how could you forget the scene of him and Sam in the library? That’s definitely their best scene together, with the way Grizz is nervously stumbling through trying to communicate with his crush meanwhile Sam is at first confused and then SHOOK because wow it seems like a cute boy is into him? Poetic cinema.

My fav Grizz moment was at the dance when he told his friends that he loved him, but he was planning on never seeing them ever again.... and then walked away! I laughed so hard!

I watched this show now for the third time and that is only because of grizz and sam. Not because they are gay, their characters are just so authentic and lovable! They deserve more screen time for sure!!

@@23__MARI The answer is: great acting skills. He makes you feel a yearning for that intense feeling of love... that's how good an actor he is. Trust me, I thought about it a lot, had to explain out my own obsession 😀

The very first time we see him he was being nice to Cassandra saying she performed great and generally guys seemed to dislike her. He never stops being sweet and kind. I love his character so well acted and written.

Grizz and Campbell made the show for me. Campbell is such a great villain and very crafty while Grizz has this pureness and intelligent way about him. Both very awesome characters.

I just laughed at Grizz’s facial expression throughout the whole season and the fact that he is so smart and in a way wise but can be quite stupid or clueless in parts. I love this character.
