the opening shot of the cheetah in this episode is so masterfully executed. it boggles the mind to think that thousands beautiful moments like that are constantly happening every minute of every day all around the world while we aren't looking, and sometimes someone is lucky enough to capture one.

This is why I adore documentary cinematography. It's difficult enough to find the scenes to film, plus it's unpredictable and uncontrollable, yet they somehow manage to capture every bits of them gracefully. Just look at that opening scene(cheetah side view). Magnificent!

This is by far the best wildlife documentary I've ever watched, and I have seen a lot of documentaries since 2008. The settings, the scenes, the transition of animals and cohesion in the context were all nothing less than perfect. I would absolutely love to watch more of these. I thought that my interest in wildlife documentaries had died, but then this documentary somehow revived it. I was grinning in some parts of this documentary and felt...pretty good. ;)

I seen in the news that they've put these on KZfaq for free at the request of teachers during the COVID-19 pandemic. They've always allowed teachers access to educational documentaries via Netflix for free (so they can show students in class), but now teachers are having to move classes online. Very commendable to see a global big fish putting education before making an extra buck! Well done Netflix!

Every single shot is phenomenal. Wildlife is so precious, we have to nurture nature 💛 and David makes this all so much more beautiful. Nature is lovely and it’s all around 💛🥹 The shot with the ibex then the leopards appearing in the same spot. The elephants thinking harder to reach food. The Guinea fowl mad at the cheetahs, the conservation efforts aaa 😭🤌 life is so beautiful, and deserves to be treated with respect & so much care.

GOD the creator can take away all your fears and worries if you just lean on Him, look at how He feeds the fowls of the air and clothes the flowers, GOD can give you peace surpassing all understanding, just talk to Him and get to know Him, you can trust Him! (Philippians 4:13, Psalms 139) GOD knew you before He even created you, He knit you in your mothers womb, & We’ve all turned away from Him(we were born in sin and sin separated us from GOD because He is Holy and perfect and hates sin)(lying, stealing(Ten Commandments),So GOD loved us so much so that He sent His only Son JESUS to die and take the punishment for us & now we can be reunited w/ GOD not to do perfect in our life and be a “good person” but to have a relationship w/ GOD who can be , LORD, A FRIEND, and a FATHER to those who trust in JESUS!
