Do people actually "act" in this series? Never heard of this show but after watching this trailer I am wondering why everyone just sounds like they are reading lines from a page. "Wooden" would be an understatement. Can these actors/actresses actually "act"?

It’s been obviously explained in Season 2 and more will be brought regarding the reason behind the rain and why it stopped in season 3

The rain was Rasmus. He was patient zero and If recall, his blood samples which contained the virus were used to create the rain in the first place.

I loved the series but the ending was just crap. In the end, the evil sister won, while the hero Rasmus died, bc of the "magical flower" which popped up at the right time?!... Really shitty ending.

@@upscaleavenue Those were not "magical powers". He was patient zero as he had the purest form of the virus as a child as part of an experiment done by his father's company. It's why Simone was tasked by her dad to protect her lottle brother at all costs because he was "the key to everything", and that was back in Season 1.

I liked the flower but when you put it that way it is a bit dumb. A lot of moments in Season 3 felt poorly thought out. There is very little character development outside of the main focus of this season, Martin and Simone and of course Rasmus. They are great characters but they lose their appeal when it is all about them. For example, Kira's character flashback episode delves very little into her backstory compared to the backstories of Season 1 characters. Do we ever get a backstory for Fie? Am I forgetting? Maybe that was Season 2. More failures in plot development: Apollon just accepts Rasmus killing Stein. Apollon just listens to Rasmus after Stein's death as if there is no underlying power structure at Apollon for someone to take Stein's place or to contain Rasmus if he gets out of control. For an organization that is responsible for ending the world you think they would have a little more control over it. Apollon could have been developed as its own plot line outside of Stein but the show's creators never take that opportunity. Stein never has a backstory! Huge missed opportunity there. The group of children that lived in the building felt completely random. There was nothing that pulled me into their story save the last few moments with the dying adult character saying he wanted to give them hope, oh and let's make his face gruesome to really drive home the point that this was a plot line worth caring about despite how poorly thought out it was. Creators never totally explained why Rasmus is dying. I assume because of the flower? It is not entirely clear. Also wanted to see Rasmus and Sarah conduct some virus warfare by throwing that black stuff around but I guess I'll have to watch something a little more cinematic to quench that urge. Patrick and Fie should have kissed just saying but overall not dissapointed with their plotline towards the end, they're perfect together. Wish there was another season coming out just to redeem this one.

As far as Deus ex Machinas go, I think it was fine. The show failed mainly in execution and character arcs.

I actually think the dubbed is good, since the actual actors are voice acting it, making it more authentic. The problem with dubbed live action is that the lips never ever match what they are saying. No matter how hard they try. It drives me insane lol

@Raul Tomusca meh, I understand, but would sooner watch it in Danish with the option of subtitles. Dubbing really sucks, especially when you're trying to improve your Nordic language skills :-D

I agree such shows feel more real and authentic in their real language and I like to to watch them with subtitles instead. Its like how nobody would watch narcos in English it just doesn't work
