To be fair, most of the Hanmas we've seen are pretty decent guys. There's Baki of course, but also his grandfather Yuuichiro and his half-brother Jack who ends up mellowing out a lot. In fact, the Hanmas get a bad name only because of Baki's dad.

I'll always love this show for while yes being rooted in logic just cranks it up to 100x and sometimes tries to test that logic to it's limits. I love how this scene is accurate in a sense over time that you will be able to recover/grow after a serious bodily event but cranks it up to a few hours instead of literal weeks and also his genetics as well

@@jonahabenhaim1223 guessing he mostly eats a fuck ton of protein since protein makes your muscles grow, and he also drunks lots of water which makes you lose weight and fat. He also probably burns more than he eats

How is this show even rooted to logic? Practically everyone here has more muscles than an New England clam bake,in reality. If anyone were as bulky as the characters in Baki. They'd have a hell of a time moving fast,but in here Baki" can move so fast he can disarm armed guards faster than one can blink! 😂

@@shuna55 いっかいマイコプラズマ肺炎こじらせて2週間、ベッドから動かなかった時に 治ってから真似したけど、食い過ぎくらい食べまくって動きまくったら直ぐに元に戻った。 失われた筋肉も、水分も元に戻す為という事ならば、こういう食事も理には適ってる
