Brook. Your recipe for this shrimp and zucchini is wonderful. I saved it for my family for their visit to Florida. I love to cook and normally am a brisket guy but this recipe is fabulous. No fluff, just great ingredients and really simple. You are very creative. Exceptional fisher person also!!

Shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, shrimp-kabobs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that's about it.

Please try this one: season shrimp with garlic powder only. Be a little generous. Cook in butter. When shrimp are half way cooked drizzles soy sauce and let cook for another minute or so. Serve! Only 3 ingredients. Butter, garlic powder, and soy sauce. 🔥 (prefer this method shell on) much love from Hawaii been watching Vic since 2019. Aloha 🤙🏾

You need to peal your shrimp, rinse them real good. Put them about 3/4 in a quart bag & fill it w/ water. Zip it while letting the air out. It will stay good for way over a year. Cajun from Southeast Louisiana here. The wife & I peal 50# in about 1&1/2 hr. washed, & bagged . Put in freezer. Every year we do about 150+lbs. I used to trawl on my days off, but now we just get them right off the boat. Looks like fun, y'all enjoy.

I have made pepper shrimp but I put them in the oven to cook, not that it matters. Your shrimp and pasta looked great. You were thinking what else you could put into it. I would add fresh mushrooms and calamata olives for flavor. I would also add flour to the shrimp and veggies to cook down to a roux to thicken the sauce. But, in reality, it’s almost impossible to screw up shrimp and pasta. I also make camaronjes ranchero. (Shrimp and salsa) over rice, with green bell peppers and onions. You use your favorite salsa and if you want, you can add chunks of whatever other fish, crab or scallops you might have laying around. Again, you can’t go wrong with shrimp, the world’s greatest seafood. Love your channel, I am subscribing right now.

Your shrimp pasta recipe looked great and I will be trying it! You thought you needed a little something extra... I'd suggest either cutting your salt and pepper in half, and adding old bay seasoning, or keeping your salt and pepper the same and adding a bit of cayenne pepper, or even some fresh diced jalapenos.... I would agree with your family though, it was likely delicious as is!

I remember a date (first proper date with this lady) anyway she picked the restaurant she suggested the shrimp so I ordered that, it was huge with unshelled shrimp similar to those with lots of sauce and pasta something I love but very very messy to eat. It was hard but in the end I asked for a bib and said to her you know I'm just going to enjoy this meal please don't judge me :) I got through it very happily and only a bit on my shirt but we had a great time the relationship didn't go anywhere but I think fondly of the nice meal and this delightful woman laughing her head off.
