Hlo the one and only my favourite Mr Smile, im soo glad and happy by seeing this video its true the condtions is soo bad as off when i was watching this video i heard Miss Juliet saying why no one complains or do anything yeah thts the great question on this video and im writing this comments to say some few facts wht can be the problem of it.when i comment this im not commenting to against ur video but i want to speak about the problem,so who is the problem in this matter Govt or Public should we say its Govts problem no i completly says no yes Govt problem can be there but the main problem is our own people. Ill share why but i wont tell my name or i wont expose myself but when i write this i just want to say im still a student and i think about our Nagaland development and i pray for it. So the reasons why i said problem is our own people as off i said im a student and during lock down i stayed at home so when i was staying at Home my uncle took incharge of putting post so as i join the work too the first problem to put one post was asking the land owners place to put post, Govt orderd us to put post in the side so we ask just for small land in side to put the post so wht the land owner said that land was not there in road they bought and they raised up the level so they didnt allow us to put the post and again second time we ask to a owner wife since Husband was not at home so a land owner wife gave us permission saying just to put that post how much space will be consumed its ok u can put but in the mint time of our work a husband came from prayer with Biblein his hand he started saying you people i will take you all in court and got angry with soo much scolded us soo much and refused for us to put post,again we ask to another land owner to put post and he said what post, even electric post we are going to remove. Second problem underground chase us in the mint time of work to stop putting post untill we pay them fine. Third we went to village to put post council started saying untill we pay them fine we cant put post. Fourth we kept post for one day without plastring it next day stoled away. Fifth the cable workers for netwrks,they dig the air n put cable inside the air and dug it next day cable was stoled.Yeah some when we ask to put post they happily said after you all put the post even in our place network will be good and they happily direct us you can put there it was like Good percent who thinks for development of Nagaland is only 40percent and bad who dont thinks for the development of Nagaland only 60 percent. Miss Juliet said why no one does anything i have an answer problem is our own People. Ok Govt problems maybe there but after i share this short story what i faced during this lockdown with our own people whose problem will it be we all have to think nicely our People. Thnk U Mr Smile For The Great Video And Im Soory Im Not A Good Writer Many Grmmatics Mistakes Might Be There But Please Do Forgive Me And Yeah As I Didnt Share My Identity But I Want To Share My Age im 19 years old and when i play games even me i says Atsuba network in my own place....? N says what Govt is doing but i worked during this lockdown i stop saying that and started saying hoooo problem is we the People so what to do though its bad can there can be a change i pray for it.

For real network issues everywhere and here at my college the authorities won't let the students fill up the exam form for the students just because the attendance is below 75℅ (reason couldn't join cozz of network problems) and the authorities are not even ready to accept or to understand the problems of the students who are having network problems like wtf we students don't even control the fucking network...my own fucking professor goes to college to use college wifi to take up our online classes since his network is not good at his area...... everyone don't have their wifi installed at home so a sincere request to all the college authorities of Nagaland try to understand the problems of the students.
