Thanks for the video, gary and lisa. Our chassis just arrived at the factory for our 21 bunk full composite panel build. Our last van was full composite and was incredibly strong. We didn't want another white van, but I'll l sacrifice colour over wood any day. Cheers

I own a terrain tuff 19”6’ in electric blue and are an engineer by profession. The chassis is very well constructed and light and strong. The galvabond black painted steel is lighter than galvanised ones and durable for over 20 years unless dropped into a lot of salt water! The timber frame is no issue as the composite wall covering is virtually leakproof, just check your window and door sealing after the first trip. The interior furniture is first rate and fully sealed and are heavy grade materials, unlike the brand with a big “J” I love my van for it’s looks, construction, suspension and cost/ value equation. Sure there are superior vans by maybe 15% but they are 50-100% more expensive. So a great van in my opinion

Perfect timing. The day this video dropped was the day we had notification our NRV chassis was on the production line. Thanks for the video

Interesting about the new composite panels. They'll be warmer and also they will have fewer leak point's. We had an issue with the silicone around the window leaking water into the bedroom due to the panel joining strip, water was tracking down, luckily onto the bedside table, our dealer here in NZ will be sorting it properly when we get to Christchurch as we were already travelling. I love our dealer here, so customer focused ☺️. The only other issue is with the kitchen drawers, they constantly pop open, and is damaging the drawer face, we've had to fix 3 times so far 😔. And that's damage from NZ sealed road's 🤷 NZTA can't Fix a road so it's actually smooth to drive on 🤣. We love our van ☺️ (23' network RV Terrain Tuff club lounge) I also liked that model which had all that outside storage at the front. It would make it warmer or in Aussie stop the heat a bit in the bedroom cupboards ... Boy do they get hot in summer 😎. Thanks for doing this video, it was very interesting.
