very good info about the basics, really loved watching it , the way you have explained it confidentially and clearly will help students like us to understand it , make like these videos on anaesthesia here to watch it , don't stop making these videos never give up its hard but you will make a difference for atleast one like me !!

Fade in TOF is not seen in phase I block. However equal stunted responses are seen. Succinylcholine causes accommodation which means that burst of ACh cannot overcome the inactivated sodium channels in Peri junctions area and neuromuscular transmission is blocked. Then, how is the response(though stunted) is elicited in Single twitch, TOF or tetanic stimulation in phase I block. Thank you sir.
