This was literally me when I first heard stuff from this really awesome UTAU tuner (Tanjiro Taidana btw)... but tuning is really hard work, and really difficult to do right. For Neuro to just... do it, that's unfathomably impressive.

30 years ago, I had a hard time even looking at a game console or computer. 20 years ago, I got my first computer and interacted with people on a simple DOSS screen. I didn't know AI existed at the time, and the only time I was aware of it was while playing PVE in StarCraft. 10 years ago, I played online games on Steam and watched videos on KZfaq, but I dismissed the idea of AI as something out of a science fiction movie. 5 years ago, I used AI to spell check simple sentences and easily find information on the internet that was relevant to me. 3 years ago, I used AI to play text games and have conversations. 1 year ago, I had an AI draw a picture and create a simple gif. 6 months ago, I watched a stupid AI on KZfaq that couldn't even play Minecraft. Now she's sending out her 'presence' on my screen.

No lie, Neuro Sama singing this song makes it beyond transcendent. To think that in the span of less than 100 years, we managed to make so many things that were straight up impossible seem trivial. We are rapidly approaching singularity, and conversely, a technological nirvana independent from the limits of human physiology. I would totally go high as fuck to this.

Her voice keeps getting better and better. I can still tell its AI rather than a real voice, its missing a certain weight that you can hear behind the breath that actual singing has, especially for the longer, uninterrupted verses.

Whatever concequences these advancements will have, right now I'm just happy to be able to experience these unbelievable wonders of technology.

Agreed! Although the only consequences we're really experiencing is that further A.I. advancement is being held back by greedy governments and selfish billionaires which see it's fiscal potential and want to monopolize it before trickling it down to the rest of us in a very watered-down way, which is why they push A.I. fearmongering narratives so hard.

я тоже, она прям как реальный человек поёт, я поначалу не верил что это ИИ, я думал это человек. Но меня убедила её пение в исполнении miku disappearance, нормальный человек без монтажа бы не смог так быстро петь, а она это делала в реальном времени, что означает, что она реально ИИ

As a touring musician I have to say, everything about this is terrifying.. lol she’s like this close 🤏🏻 to even having some soul in the voice, that I normally hear missing in ai covers. Not to mention the perfect synced mouth and the super on beat dancing and swaying.

Клип с недавнего полноценного караоке стрима, как я понял, где Нейро-сама спела уже с V.3 своего голоса и теперь...её практически не отличить от живого человека. Хотя мне и с «старым» голосом нравилось тоже и был в нём свой шарм. Однако, это конечно совершенно иной уровень, определённо! Это как если бы "Т-800" в первом "Терминаторе" получил улучшение и лишился «машинности» в своей речи, как и австрийского акцента..вроде бы это улучшение, однако теряется нечто что-то очень важное. Насчёт Нейро-самы не уверен, что оно однозначно так, как и по поводу её обновлённой внешности. Я до сих пор так и не определился: новая модель точно лучше или же прежняя (базовая). Есть свои достоинства и очарование в обоих случаях.

Новая модель стилистически едина, прошлая была более аляпистая. Например помню что волосы точно выделялись из общей картины и цвета не так сочитались
