Vedal has said hes working on neuro and evil being able to choose what they want to do, So Vedal clearly thinks its possible

like stated in the above comment, Vedal has said he would like for them to be able to, but currently she isnt able to. I see no reason why it shouldnt work, Vedal will find a way

@@losivart9610 yeah, he said in a dev stream (around a month or two) that he wants to give Neuro/Evil abilities to choose the activities themselves, so a stream can be a variety stream and not just one type of stream. Edit: The layout when she started singing was probably template, so Vedal or someone else must've intervened. It's a sign that it was automated, though.

I'm pretty sure Vedal just made her sing that. The power to just sing whenever they want sounds like a terrible idea if you see how often they timeout people when given the power to (I mean Vedal said he thought they would occasionally timeout when he first gave them the power too not spam abuse it)
