Sir, I appreciate your video but the way you performed the pull test was pitiful. And making a step backwards during that test doesn't mean someone has extrapyramidal problems. On the contrary, a healthy individual may make up to 2 small steps backwards when pulled from behind which means that their postural coordination is fine. People with PD will fall like a tree. Trust me, I've seen hundreds.
