Great explanation of this concept. His lectures are now a staple in my nursing school journey! Never underestimate a good drawing or diagram, I really love his animated explanations as well as being able to follow along with his diagrams. Extremely helpful. Also, I will forever pronounce it “skuh-leetal” muscle in my American classes from now on 😁
