Baby schedules are supposed to be inevitable in order to provide sleep hygiene to the whole family.
In this video, I use science to show that while baby works for some babies, for others they can be the source of stress and parents guilt.
Generally, black-and-white advice is a big No-No in my book.
Normal = Diversity and the quicker parents focus on their unique baby, the quicker they can find their own unique sleep solution.
Experiment to find what works for your unique baby and family to make things easier for yourself.
Remember that you are the expert on your own child.
