The original dish is Consommé soup, but I wanted to add a unique twist. I retained the consommé flavor by using a consommé cube and incorporated pumpkin. I think the result closely resembles the in-game appearance and tastes delightful. However there is no single way to bring a game dish to real life. I sincerely hope you all enjoy it😊

He drinks plain water from different regions and has a different dialogues so this soup may looks plain and ordinary but the taste would be much different from how it looks.

Nah, I'd wager the man's the water equivalent of a wine snob. The kind of wine snob that, if you switch the labels without telling him, would label a bottle of cheap port the same as a vintage $3000 bottle. It wouldn't taste any different, he's just convinced himself otherwise. Different water has different tastes, but only due to impurities in it, and you wouldn't taste that through any kind of added ingredients harsher than a VERY mellow tea. If you get truly pure water? It'll taste the same everywhere.

Neuvillette can be said to be not only a brilliant judge with the ability to control trials and resolve them as quickly and accurately as possible, but he is also an expert in evaluating things wisely through absorbing water, so this soup is perfect for you because when he eat it, Neuvillette will be able to feel its deliciousness as well as the chef's dedication when making this dish.

Funnily enough, consommé IS a clear, almost like water, type of soup. Its infused with flavors then is clarified through various methods. And there are some techniques, particularly for cold consommé soup where it is chilled with ice cubes instead to prevent making it gelatinous as compared to when it is chilled on the fridge.

I think people already saw it but Mori's interpretation of the recipe is a pumpkin soup while the dish is actually a consommé, a meat stock soup that has been clarified using egg white and simmered to take away the excess of fat and impurities. Its a very bothersome things to do so i kinda understand Mori's décision, beside Pumpkin soup is a complete yummer

The way you decorate these plates is so cool. Maybe you could look into getting food-safe markers/paints? I think they do exist. This way you could keep them and keep using them!❤

Now I have to gather water from Konda Village (Inazuma), Qingce village (Liyue), Springvale (Mondstadt) and Apam Woods (Sumeru), mixed with pure water from Beryl region (Fontaine), just to make this food. Bravo monseur Neuvillette. absolutely bravo.

In game the soup's description says it just tastes like water, meaning he likely added very little to the soup and it's just a bowl of like 95% water.

Depends on what paint you use, ig. Most paints from what I know aren't suitable for eating on top of.
