Voltapix I think he was just hitting the launchpad in this vid for effect. There are things he does where no sound happens and things he doesn't do where sounds happen. The spiral in the center is just ridiculous. Granted, it looks damn cool, but it's just for visuals.

Y'know, this video should be put on TV, cinemas, KZfaq and the like, as a Toyota ad, with NO modifications (even including Nev's text at the beginning). The only modifications there should be would be two screens at the end, one with a text stating: "In Toyota, making a car is much like making a song", and the another with the Toyota logo and another text below, stating: "Perfect precision", and in the bottom to the left a text containing the URL to Nev's channel on KZfaq and to the right the URL to Gifony.
