No relaxing eye mask? Foot scrub? Not very Spa friendly. Seems more as a “toss this lot of rubbish in a box, charge an enormous amount and we get to go to an actual Spa” company subscription box to me. Cancel that one, yikes!

I don't know if this matters Alexandria but... On the right hand side of the Amazon page when you're showing off the donut book cover, it says 'Deliver to...' and hasn't been blurred. 😬 And I don't know if it's your name or place lol but thought it best to mention it just incase. It got me a tad worried but please do ignore me (obviously) if I'm talking through the hole in my 🍑!! 🤦🏼‍♀️😂👌 P.S. I don't shop through Amazon so don't know how these things would appear on screen. And so, won't know if you were doxxing yourself or not! 👍

Literally is Tenmu in a box, with massive upcharges on the junk. Huge scam. Also, when you see a product with a designer's name no one has ever heard of and that sounds like two famous people's names combined, it's usually a made-up designer that a Chinese company invented to trick people. Charlotte Tilbury + Jeffrey Star = Charlotte Star was the first thing that came to mind. When I googled the name all I got was a model turned porn star from Australia. LMAO

Nope!!! Definitely not worth it. BTW I was told by my doctor to never trim the cuticle. This was after I got a serious infection in my finger. She told me to just gently push them back. Have a wonderful day!

This is great advice! The redness is a little bit of infection, hands and nails hold so much bacteria, so hard to avoid. Bacitracin can help that with the antibiotics in it, Neosporin doesn't have the antibiotics in it and isn't as good. A urea cream can be great for keeping cuticles looking good. Generally it's just great to ditch cuticle scissors!

Nail tech here. There is a massive, extremely widespread misunderstanding regarding cuticles in this world. Most people think their cuticles are the small ridges of skin over the base of their nails. This is NOT cuticle (Edit to clarify: This skin should not be cut or aggressively pushed back. Deeply moisturize daily and gently nudge back if overgrown only). Cuticle is the thin layer of dead cells that grows out from under that ridge and sticks to the nail plate. It is perfectly safe to remove this if you are gentle about it and don't cut any living skin. You can watch videos by The Salon Life here on KZfaq to see the difference.

I use the cuticle sticks regularly- rubbing in some balm like papaw ointment helps too if they get a bit inflamed.

9:18 The nail thing might be a result of accidentally cutting into your proximal nail fold. That's a part of skin that should pushed back but not trimmed since it prevents bacteria from entering the space between nail and finger.

You are correct. Blue light is NOT a thing. In fact, many red light therapy masks have blue light as well. It helps with acne.

Also, those stretchy book covers started to become popular when I waa in high school (and no longer needed book covers) and I was so jealous that kids got to use those instead of spending a whole night cutting up paper grocery bags!😅

Those stretchy book covers made me kinda mad. Using paper bags or even pre-designed paper covers took soooooo long to do that first night after school started...I was bummed that they didn't invent stretchy covers in time for ME! Lol

Until your cuticles heal up try to apply an antibacterial cream and bandage to them- usually for a few days. Then just be sure to keep them moisturized and never clip 😬

The bandeau can be used to protect your curls or in my case waves at night when you sleep without have to put your hair up.

It can be used to wrap straight hair too to keep it sleek and undamaged. I have waves and love putting my hair up in a scarf at night to dry while I sleep and it puts so much extra wave and volume without having to put a ton of gel or mousse etc.

As a seamstress I can tell you that there is fabric that only stretches one way there's fabric that stretches two ways and there's four-way stretch fabric which is what athletic clothing is made of, and even no stretch fabric can stretch if cut on the bias, (instead of up and down or side to side, bias cuts are from corner to corner)

Local white girl here! Yes, absolutely if you use anything with Vitamin C in it wear a higher spf. Made the mistake of useing a Vitamin C body scrub before going to the beach and am currently purple in places 😅

The forehead hair cracked me up. I used to get one LONG hair on my upper arm. The first time I saw it, I thought it was a head hair that had fallen out. I was really shocked when I realized it was growing out of my arm. The hair was prob 4 inches long. Wild hairs! 😂😂😂

The same thing happened to me with this box! I kept seeing "Just like fabfitfun!" I got the same deal, but I naively got a 3 month subscription. This had to be a year or more ago, and I got that same stupid head wrap/scarf thing that is impossible to wear. They also had moldy soap, and instead of replacing it, they either sent the moldy soap or didn't include a replacement item. The stuff was all junk. Lesson learned on my part!

Sis uses a bandeau to protect her neck from drafts when she's sleeping. I use one to cover my hair, to protect it from dust and getting caught when cleaning or gardening, or just to get it out of the way. A quick tube scarf when I need to pop outside. Compact, soft, easy to use and wash.

Re your shoulders - look up dr jo's tension headache stretches. They work for that as well, but the starter stretches really help with Ear-Shoulder issues.

I totally understand what you meant when you were talking about thinking stretchy fabric stretched in all directions! Very recently while shopping for a wedding outfit I found out that there is 2-way and 4-way stretch fabric! 🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️😅

I received this box 2 years ago and literally half of the products that I received are the same as the products that are in your box. I received a kind bar, the bandana, the blue light mask, and I forget what else. Definitely check the expiration dates on your products!

The Mudmasky Blue Light mask is actually a great moisturizer! The blue light thing is super gimickey, but the brand is actually really good and uses great ingredients. If you have dry skin, I think you'd really enjoy it! Just use it as a face cream and ignore the claims. It has skin calming ingredients and calms redness. Certainly could use it as a nice hand cream if nothing else.

I also have what I call the "Unicorn" hair that goes from nothing to two inches long without me noticing. Also, I can't find anything about blue light on skin, but I know that I use my blue blocker glasses because I get headaches from the light from my screens.

As far as blue light is concerned, sunscreen should take care of the issue. I can't say it isn't damaging at all because I got dark spots on the right side of my face where I would hold my cell phone when talking to someone, which I had IPL to remove (this is painful, but effective). Now, I just use speakerphone almost all the time, which works for me because I live on my own.

I get a long colorless hair too on my cheek and one on my lid!!! Idk where they come from, I check for them all the time and the only time I ever see them, they’re like an inch long!!
