It will be MORE TASTY if you make a cooked thick and sweet apples stuffing ...But you must put a lot's of apples....For the amount of dough you have here , 10 big apples would be enough. ,Cooked the apples in a thick syrup, and thicken the syrup enough so when it's cold it make like a jelly with chunk of apples. From a bread and pastry baker since 45 years!

Now, NEXT time you make this..... Melt some butter and generously brush it on your flattened dough. Next... Sprnkle the butter with a good amount of a cinnamon, sugar and dash of salt mixture. You can add a touch of corn starch to that sugar mixture if you want. Now.... lay out your apple slices on that sugar mixture and proceed as your video instructs. It should have more "apple pie" flavor when done.
