The whole process can be a real pain, especially with the landlord-tenant board dragging its feet. Oh, and watch out for houses near schools; they might seem convenient, but they come with their own set of noise and traffic issues. And don't even get me started on homes without parking or garages - they might seem like a money-saver, but getting your car stolen can be a nightmare.
