RIVA RIVAMARE
A boat for sun worshippers
In contrast to the Iseo and Aquariva, the new Rivamare is much more spacious. At 11.88 meters, it is a good deal longer and has a higher freeboard. The all-round tinted windshield combined with the slender bow typical of Riva dominate the visual appearance. At the aft, the steps immediately catch the eye, enabling comfortable boarding and disembarking and leading to the bathing platform, which can be extended at the push of a button. As a highlight, this has two reclining seats on the side of the stairs. For sun worshippers, there is also a large white upholstered sunbathing area on the stern. Designed for eight people, additional guests can be accommodated on the C-shaped bench behind the driver and passenger seats or in the interior. A galley as well as WC and separate shower are available, so that the small yacht is also suitable for weekend trips. In the details, the designers prove that despite all the aesthetics, they do not disregard functionality: Spacers in the cabinets secure the dishes, and the seating area below deck can be transformed into a bed for two people with a flick of the wrist. But it's the indulgence in luxury, the mahogany foredeck or the use of chrome on the hatches, that also sets this Riva apart. Because these elements refer to the tradition of the shipyard and determine the incomparable appeal of its boats.
Rivamare - Thinking of everything and the sea
From a technical point of view, the designers also draw on their full resources. Two Volva Penta D6 engines enable a top speed of 40 knots. At a cruising speed of 31 knots, this boat has the enormous range of 280 nautical miles. A Seakeeper stabilizer, automatic trim system, and underwater searchlights are just examples of the yacht's comprehensive features. The joystick provides an alternative to the steering wheel, and integrated touchpads allow easy operation and control of all systems. As the name suggests, the new Rivamare is not only suitable for inland waters. As an offshore boat, it will cause astonished faces in the most beautiful coastal harbors.
