Amazing I cannot wait to show my husband this move. He's always wanted to go on the show. He is former military. He broke his clavicle and also had to have 3 surgeries to repair it, taking a piece of bone out of his hip. And I guarantee you. He is such a fighter that he would do really good. On American ninja.. I'm going to encourage him to train and do this. It's an amazing show. We don't have TV anymore. So I have to look it up on the internet to watch. So worth it, what a great enemising show of strength and determination for these amazing people.
