I am making a really easy envelope journal, idea for beginners as it uses only a few things.

Hi Gi, I am one of those who was not sure on how to start a journal. I have collected and bought so much, I just need to get started. Thank you so much for showing us a simple journal cover start. Best and easiest simple journal video I’ve seen. Plus sewing in the signature spot on! Brilliant. I’ve only made a few journals in my 83 years, but a lifetime crafter painting sewing crochet paper crafts. Hope newbies give it a go lot of fun and satisfaction. 😊💖🇬🇧

I have friends (myself included), that don’t journal, but love stamped and decorated pages to flip through. I love to give them odd size journals, it keeps it fun. The best part is decorating. Using lace, trims, faux leather and dangles. You’re always inspiring and pushing the limits. Thanks for a new angle on the cover.

"Simple" says the master at whatever she does.😅.. said with ❤. Yes. I am one of those still trying to get that first journal together. Tried to get signatures in and punched them wrong. (The go big or go home mentality.) I'm gonna do 4 (yes 4) signatures for my first journal. 😂😂. Best part 20 pages each signature. 😂😢. I got this I told myself. Watched lots of video's. Can't be that hard.😂😅😂. Got 80 pages of paper miss punched along with a beautiful fabric covered journal cover also very miss punched. Yep.... I got This....all messed up. 😂😂😂😂. Just got to laugh or I'll 😢. Happy making.😊

Thanks for sharing this. Nice and easy and a great way to use up spare envelopes. Made my first journal recently at a retreat. Such fun. We used three sheets of photocopy paper as the base for our cover

So clever. Is the tape packing tape? It looks like a roll my daughter had for taping her boxes when she moved. I love your glue bottle with such a nice thin line of glue. 🥰

Hi Gi! Great tutorial! I have a glue question. In the past I’ve seen you add water (2/3 glue, the balance is water). Is today’s base glue different than what I’ve seen in earlier videos? How do you know when to dilute it and when to use it full strength? Many thanks for all you do for us!💕Mary

Hi GI I was just wondering was it you that made a flower that look like a fuchsia and it was like eight or nine circles that were folded and glued together with little stamen sticking out. I made a couple a while back and I can't find the directions anymore I hope and pray it was you although I couldn't find it on your Channel

could it be the chemicals in the glue eat into the plastic cap ????????? maybe washing the cap sometimes may help ...... hugssssss

Gi. Not sure why but, Rhonda ( @littlebitfrench) is having the same problem with her glue tops and my art glitter glue top cracked as well 🤔no idea - but so strange yes ??

My fabritac top cracked and was oozing glue out of the size of the nozzle but would stop itself up. Lost lots of glue. Today the whole nozzle broke off! I was hoping somebody knew why! Strange it is happening to several! 😮
