Yes it is chocolate Ganach. but i will try with milk. confusion is we have to add one more chocolate i.e Milk chocolate with milk and with Cream only dark chocolate.

It's not ice cream at all. You made chocolate covered ganache. It's basically a chocolate truffle on a stick.

You’re not wrong! …but it is cream, with chocolate mixed in, ice cold! 😆 I’d definitely try it - way easier to make than traditional ice cream or frozen custard 😅
