In the harsh world of combat sports, appearances can be deceiving. Never underestimate your opponent. History once again proves that bulging muscles aren't always the criterion for victory. Sometimes, in this brutal arena, strength and agility collide, bringing to the forefront not only technique and strategy but also the enigmatic factor - the spirit of the fighters...

They may have high body fat % but you can tell they have huge lean mass under that chunk and a large bone structure. There's no way I wouldn't fear someone with that sort of bulk; it's not just some obese person or skinny fat.

@@moseskiplagat5940 yeah 😄 fitness is not just one thing, especially for different sports. I saw a documentary about the female world record holder for distance swimming in water just above freezing. She was strong but with an evenly distributed layer of fat which had the special property of being much like the fat of a walrus in structure and so - superefficient. If she was ripped she would have died within a few minutes just from the exposure …

Never stand on one foot in front of a good boxer. You will be knocked to the ground. It's even worse when you spin and turn your back. It may work against weak boxers but not a good boxer. In street fights used to move in when they got on one foot and turned their their back to me I moved in. One karate student I fought Tried that. He couldn't even hit me. My brother who was a very good trained boxer showed me how to move against that.

Nothing was funnier than Ruiz beating AJ like that. AJ looks like a greek god, and to get battered by a short fat guy like that… 😆 In fairness, Ruiz is a good fighter, with fast hands and decent power, it’s not like he’s some nobody. And AJ has totally got his mojo back these days.
