I have been playing for about 3 weeks now. I must say I love your guides. I would suspect most players watching a "guide" are fairly new or changing toons. The way you take time to explain the small stuff really helps us newer players out. A lot of creators go so fast or use so many acronyms that the true new players get lost. Thanks again

I'm back to the game with the pc version (I started Neverwinter on ps4 and now trying it out on pc__ I've been playing on pc for few days now), last time I played on console, Cleric had 3 divinity stacks and we switch divine mode (whatever) yeah that time, and the changes I see now are shocking! level 20, my hp is now 500k!, and the Cleric powers OMG Hollowed Ground : from Zero to Hero Literally!, from a useless p.o.c to a game changer, Bastion! and Healing Word!!, they reset a character from dead lol!!, I remember healing with the Cleric was a lot of work, timing divinity stacks with cd and at-wills and all that, Now you just heal instantly or even spam heal!, well all I can say is I'm loving the new Cleric, I for one love to survive and not be killed and sent to the fire camp, it doesn't matter how long it takes to kill the enemies as long as my hp bar stays full, and the new Cleric does just that!...I used the dps loadout as well, it's nice but not Godly like the healer loadout, this new area with the dragon head thingies, where there is Celeste and Knox and the guys?, Item requirement is higher than mine and I'm still surviving (it says we can play that area with any item level until 25th of this month), I don't survive well in the dps loadout in that area, anyway I guess I'm gonna copy your build for now lol since it's gonna take time to understand the new mechanics and stats, please keep making video updates, because cryptic seem to keep changing things.

I know you built in a specific way to cap/max, but it may be easier another way. Here's my two cents. Raindrop Raiment beats Rib Cage. Exalted Tyrant weapons beat Masterwork. Vorpal still bis weapon enchant. Sparkling Fey set beats Jewel of the North and Tiamat set. Shirt of the Red Waters beats Upper Pact Brands. Velvet Pants +1 beat Hell's Negotiator. Living Silver Bloom is equal to or better than Red Eye's Glare. Demo Reach should be everyone's active artifact. Exaltation should be used instead of Divine Glow with Blessing of Light for Healing Word. You need to have Gathering Light. Tanks love Blessed Resilience. Why do people waste points on potion Boons? Use Stone of Health. Golden Bulette is bis summoned companion for healer. Split slot companion gear is NOT better. Replace Ghost and Deep Crow with Polar Bear Cub and Quickling. Don't run Raptor. Healers should use Griffon combat power. Use Stronghold food also. Defense is still the best defensive stat, but Awareness is very close. Do not neglect Defense for Awareness, get both where you can. And any decent Cleric should not have that much problem with Divinity. Only in the hardest content. I really don't understand why people say this. Anyway, that's my thoughts on the Cleric healer. Try it or trash it, I don't care.

I just build my DC like 4 month ago and I think it the easy healer to build and you don't need crazy comp to get your stats.. I would like to compare DC if you have time

I may be a little lost, but why not use the Gathering Light feat (lvl 20 feat) when Battle prayer (lvl 14 feat) reduces light of divinity cast time to 1 second

those two feats don't work together, so when battle prayer procs gathering light will not proc. the 1 second cast is only for battle prayer and only single target. hope this helps! :)

how do you get ur divinity back cause for me it just get down fast and never gets back up to full

personally, I try not to over heal when I don't need to. I only use healing word and that has an uptime of 18 seconds so during that time I will cast divine glow and build my daily. I only go between healing word and my daily so I don't really need to use too much divinity. but yes it's very easy to use it all up if not careful- I get that! hope this helps :)

@@iAyva for the sake of a my own goals with cleric I managed to surpass just over one million healing with intercession which I'm really happy with but in retrospect I honestly don't know how that compares with other 62k clerics or in general is that's low or not because builds can be very different

I'm like the worst person to ask on pvp things I only played it a very long time ago when there were different paragons and whatnot- these days I think you just build into defensive stats and let the companions kill things for you. but don't quote me! XD

It's a shame doesn't feel like there's anything that's worth it for the healers. I'll probably go with more defensive options. But it may be more preferential since none of it will matter too much on the healer :/

I just got my first cleric devout to a place that i am happy. But mod22 i am loosing lighting aoe. I did use pleage fire on the same character before.

Overflowing spirit is terrible to run, your never gonna be consistently 100% div. Better of running 5% stronger heals within x range and div increase. Should be able to cap all stats including OH without it, endgame anyways

Thanks for your insight, throughout the years now I’ve found it more fun to learn self control on healing and trust the HoTs. I think it’s more fun for my gameplay and so I don’t go overboard building OGH. instead I utilize the feats to my benefit. I understand others see some of that differently but I very much enjoy this setup :)

@@josephphillips4587 thanks and it is definitely good advice for clerics to extend their divinity if they intend on using more of their divinity, and there are many scenarios where that would be more beneficial. I definitely indicated that in this video :) With OS that first initial heal will be maximized for me in combat and then waiting for the healing word 18s duration, I always should be at max divinity. If I’m not I tell myself that’s my fault for overusing healing word when I didn’t need it lol. My gameplay certainly isn’t always perfect but that’s what I strive to do at least 😂
