You can use the refulgent to help out if needed. It will proc on the initial hit of healing word and when you use your Mark of divitinity heals so you will have to time it for when the tank takes the big hit on 2nd and 3rd boss. In my opinion, It cannot save them, it's just a little help. The tank on the video is using vistani and grace so if he can with it, the others fully defensive tanks should be able to take it.
