I don't think people talk enough about how much physical presence Man City have now. Years gone that I thought ok Man City though technically great but soft, teams can bully them physically.... doesn't look like it anymore. With the introduction of the transfer window, added to the massive amount of money associated with staying in the Premier League, managerial changes will continue to be seen as erratic and desperate. Before, if a team was in trouble, the way out was to buy a star striker or a world class defender or imposing midfielder and (hopefully) change a teams fortunes. Now, the ONLY way an owner can effect change and get his team out of trouble, is to change the manager. This is a fact of life and why managers have more lucrative contracts, and why we shouldnt be surprised when it happens.
