Hey nev, just some advice from a 14 year old I’d recommend switching your reel handle to the left side because if you hold the rod with your right hand you get greater casting distance and you can work lures a lot easier (unless you’re left handed) takes about two hours to get used to but then you’ll never go back😁

We use cicadas down on Sydney man for bass! It works a treat,, we cast let it sit couple little twitches and then a wind,, they seem to always hit it on the pause 👌 love the vids bro

Nev, when fishing Westernport Bay, are there any concerns about sharks bigger than your kayak? Seal Rocks is not far away and we know what eats those seals.

It may have crossed my mind once or twice but I’ve never heard of any accidents happing when yak fishing. What yak fishos should be most careful about is weather, much more of a risk
