Big Shallow Water Squid | Unstoppable Westernport Sharks

4 жыл бұрынIn this video me and dad go out in the boat in search of late season snapper. We struggled to find any large fish as we got plagued by small pinkies. With all the bait hanging around we also encounter some very large sharks with multiple big runs and bit offs plus one shark which we got boat side. We also go and catch some good size squid as we ran out of bait.

A great days fishing, i wonder did you have some Bronzies on early in the piece at least you guys had flatish seas, its crap down South, S.E winds taking their time to disperse, Feb is quite often windy here.

It was a good day out, plenty of fish about that's for sure. Yeah who really knows what sharks they were, need to bring some wire next time. Funny how you get your winds this time of year, usually August for us is always windy as!

Glad you enjoyed! My snapper/gummy outfits are 10-15 kg, was using 6-16 ounce sinkers. My squid rod is rated for 2.5-3.5 size jigs, cheers
