Today I am sharing with you a recipe for a divinely delicious chicken liver casserole that is easy and simple to cook in a pan. This dish is perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Chicken liver combined with eggs, onions and carrots is an unusual and very tasty dish. Try to cook it with me and you will NEVER regret it!

Ingredients:
Chicken liver -500 g.
Onion - 1 pc.
Carrot - 1 pc.
Chicken eggs 3 pcs.
Green onion - bunch
Boiled eggs - 3 pcs.
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Black pepper - 1/3 tsp
Rice flour - 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil for frying
Cheese - 20 g.

COOKING METHOD:
00:00 - 00:09 - Put 500 g of chicken liver into boiling water and cook for 5 minutes
00:09 - 00:39 - pour vegetable oil into the pan, and while it is heating, finely chop one medium onion
00:39 - 00:47 - put onions in hot oil and fry until golden
00:47 - 01:05 - remove the pan with the finished liver from the heat, and pour out all the liquid from it, leaving the liver to cool
01:05 - 01:38 - Grate 1 carrot on a medium or coarse grater and put it on the onion
01:38 - 01:57 - pour 3 eggs into a deep bowl and mix well
01:57 - 02:35 - finely chop 1 bunch of green onions and add them to the egg mixture
02:35 - 02:44 - remove the cooked vegetables from the heat and let them cool
02:44 - 03:23 - 3 boiled eggs finely chopped and put in a bowl with egg mixture and green onions
03:23 - 03:30 - add sautéed vegetables there
03:30 - 04:22 - and chicken liver cut into small pieces
04:22 - 04:38 - mix
04:38 - 05:05 - add 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/3 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon rice flour and mix well
05:05 - 05:32 - pour vegetable oil into the pan and put the finished mixture well leveling it in the pan.
05:32 - 05:36 - cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes
05:38 - 05:48 - then add the grated cheese, cover and cook for another 2-4 minutes until the cheese melts
05:49 - 06:22 - after the cheese has melted, remove the pan from the stove, put the finished casserole with liver on a dish, cut and serve hot
