How did you paint your previous tail lights with the black strip? Was that the outside of the lens or did you break the seal and paint inside?

That was the outside, sanded with 1500grit and taped off the whole thing then 3 coats of gloss black

AWE 0fg dual catback non-res with spd downpipes. Nope 2.7. Have videos on exhaust and downpipes

When you change out the harness, switch & door module did you have to do reprogram for them to work or was it just swap out to harness and module and plug and play?? Cause I just seen that boosted auto parts cane out with power folding

This video is the new power folding mirrors but the truck does not have the harness/modules for it to work. The modules will have to be programmed once installed but can use forscan for that

Hey Wicked, so how did you like the new truck after some time with it. I know you and a lot of other have had issues with the 5L, 10spd and sunroof, enough people to turn me away from ana amazing deal on a 2019. Is the 2.7 / 10 speed a better combo than with the 5L?

Absolutely a better deal! I was getting the same gad mileage with a 4in lift n 35s as I was with the 5.0 and a level. Way more power, better gas mileage and the best thing....I had zero issues with the 2.7!

He had a 2018 f150 with a 5.0 and had nothing but problems with it lol.

@@Steven91992 yea so? Can have nothing but problems with any engine in any vehicle. Ive had a couple 5.0 with zero problems. I have a 2014 with with 400,000miles on it and the engines been fine got a 2020 too and the engine fine as it should being 4weeks old. my uncle has a 2.7L and has had nothing but problems have a friend with a 3.5L and had the turbos blow at 30k...so whats your point here? anything can happen at any time or nothing at all

i bought them the day they came out. I like the mirrors but they freaking shake when driving 110 kph.. its unacceptable in my opinion. I paid 1000$ for these mirrors and the upper glass shakes. Adam from support is awesome and sent out new parts, but so far its the same deal. do you have this issue? if so what the hell did you do to fix it because its beyond annoying.

I did not have that issue, I've had them since day one. All but a year now and no shaking for me. Might just be a dud, may need entire new ones

@@frankmazzaferro8331 are you still experiencing mirror shake? I'm thinking about getting a set of these and have seen a lot of reviews saying they shake about 100kph which as you said is unacceptable plus the time waiting to get parts to Canada would suck lol

@@morbeeus2428 Yeah they shake, I sent some videos to customer service and its "normal"... save some more $ and buy OEM, I love my mirrors but the shake is annoying for a set of mirrors at 1.3K CAD

bull they do not have 99% of folding mirrors they buy from china yes put together here go try see if you can fine folding towing mirrors from boost auto and way over PRICE.
