I have a 2018 Tiger 800 XCA and a 2012 Tiger Explorer. Having rode many other bikes there is just something about the 3 cylinder and the overall refinement of a Triumph. You end up liking it but you just can’t put your finger on why exactly. Cheers mates! Great review, very accurate!

Have a 2011 800 and it is all about the motor with 21" front and a 18" in the back. Have not been able to buy another one to replace it... However that desert sled is my favorite look like my 1972 F6-B.... Fun days! As a contractor load it up with tools and take to Manhattan

Great job Yammie. I have watch others in there Moroccan experience. I enjoyed yours best. Keep it up. I do wish they made a bit more affordable stripped version such as the T7. It would make this more available and possible to the masses, Although I believe this has a definite place in the ADV market place. Awesome bike. I do miss the unique character of my old 2011 Tiger 800 xc. I do see myself back on the triumph someday when these come down to an affordable used price point.

Don't think there is a low ride height (LRH) Rally, just a lower seat perhaps, as opposed to the LRH GT?

you’re sadly right. its why : Triumph should do a Tiger 900 GT model (version) with tubeless spoked wheels. Shorter riders too want tubeless spoked wheels like there is on the Rally model! Or a low version of the Rally model.

New Sub Here - Great Channel! I'm looking for a pre-owned Tiger 800 (XRT or XCA trim) for an all around'er bike. Your track videos make me want to ride a bike like this at the track, in a safe environment for some occasional track day fun. Nothing crazy, just twisting the grip and leaning the bike in a controlled/safe environment. With that said, would you shoot a video of a Tiger 800 on the track, with suitable tires and setup? Haven't seen any vids like this to show what an all-purpose bike can do at the track for a "one bike does all solution". Keep putting out the great content!

That short answer is exactly what I thought a out the ktm 690 enduro i had. It was a full light enduro bike and wasn’t comfy enough to be a “adv”. It is a dual sport but not great at anything but good at all stuff I could throw at it

Interesting review: The Rally maybe look cooler, but the GT is very nice too. As a lot ride 85% on asphalt & only 15% on gravel roads : the GT model make sense! But, Triumph should do a Tiger 900 GT model (version) with tubeless spoked wheels. Shorter riders too want tubeless spoked wheels like there is on the Rally model!
