Alice in Wonderland Recently came out of a multi-month refurbishment with many of the old effects and scenes getting upgraded or completely changed! The attraction looks much better compared to how it has been looked over the last few years. Changes include; repainted scenes, updated lighting, ride speed changes, and much more!

Refurbishment doesn’t mean they have to make a big change. Paint everything and change lightings are still refurbishment

Brighter lighting and refresh on the paint. I like the pop of new color but it's almost too bright in some scenes.

Looks like they made a few minor changes as pointed out by some of the comments, changed the color of the Queen's flamingo, removed her lipstick, and changed the White Rabbit's introduction to the Queen.

One change I noticed is that the Queen of Hearts’ flamingo is now green instead of pink. 2:03

Looks like they took her lipstick off too. The White Rabbit also says "her imperial highness" now instead of "her royal majesty"
