You didn't do much research before doing this review huh? It's 472 hp, the brakes are not the same as a 350, IS500 is longer, the hood is not the same as the 350, and the 500 adds yamaha rear dampner and the engine sounds beautiful and of course it's much louder with an aftermarket exhaust.

Man is driving history and doesn't realize it. This car is the end of an era. This is my dream car and one day I'll get one.

Man…. this review 🤦🏻‍♂️ This car is a masterpiece and sounds incredible. If you want a cherry bomb exhaust sound that will blow your neighbors eardrums , please just go to autozone and strap it on a mustang. This is a Lexus and is a refined automobile with great heritage and reliability.

Beautiful car. Wish it had louder exhaust

Gets about the same mileage as my old gs350 V6. Turbos heavily deviate from their EPA estimates once you use heavy boost. If you feather the gas pedal they do get good MPG. The styling in the IS is better than the boring BMW. You can't really change that. Great take on the potential. It has good bones with styling, engine and reliability.

I hope you didn’t buy this car…if so, I’ll remind you, you bought a Lexus not a 4 cyl, snap crackle pop POS. A Lexus. You misquoted capabilities/specs of the car numerous times. Has to be the worst IS500 video I’ve seen. Terrible…SMH

I think you meant it's not a "F" car but it is a "F sport performance." This sits between F sport and F, that's why you don't get the full on aero, coolers, brembo brakes and suspension. They also added "F sport styling" which is only looks and nothing sporty handling or performance wise. I suggest you do more research before doing any reviews

Wanted one but the test drive changed my mind. It's a cool car with the V8 but too many compromises... instead bought a 2023 G70 3.3T Sport AWD in Canada and saved $20K. Twin Turbo AWD is too much fun!
