A little off subject. But is it common to get a random Topps chrome mixed in with a Series 2 blaster? My 8yo an I are just getting into cards and have opened multiple different boxes and have never gotten a chrome. Thought it was odd

@jsaaty4167 There is always a chance of some Topps Chrome cards being thrown in. Most of the time they are the Stars of the MLB cards.

Thank you for sharing. There is a few case breaks on EBay that I wanted to get in on but seeing the cards makes my decision easier. Anything Aaron Judge, Anthony Volpe and Julio Rodriguez is where I’m at. One day I’ll have to jump in on one of your breaks.

that judge was a golden mirror parallel I believe. The Topps logo is gold, could be lighting though so maybe not.

No the judge was an all star game card. I did get a golden mirror, but it was Jose Leclerc

After watching this, I don't think it's that bad. I really enjoy the rookie debut cards, and the hits are amazing. I still personally don't think it beats 2022 update. Those were insane. The ASG cards do look like image variations haha. And also excited to see bryce miller in this set! EDIT: also absolutely LOVE the secretary bird background!!

Great opening as usual Stryker! I like this stuff but once chrome update comes out this stuff becomes worth way less in comparison so I find it difficult to spend a lot on it when if I put that money into chrome the payoff is much better. My $0.02

Jumbo is king. I payed 170+tax at Dave and Adams for a jumbo. Hobby s were 99. Hobby boxes cut down to 20 packs instead of 24. And the guarantee auto makes jumbo the better buy.

That was awesome box! I was buying 2023 series 2 from family dollar and they were 5 card packs and I bought atleast 40 packs thinking I would get something but I guess they are only base cards?

i saw hobby was advertised at 24 packs instead of 20. another reason not to buy. Judge didnt play in the asg, which is why hes in the yanks uniform. I wish theyd go back to playing in their home unis. definitely gonna rip a few hangers.

Just checked the card and it was clean. I think you are looking at the bottom of the wall. It is a black line, but it's just part of the photo.

Saw the checklist and was not impressed with the rookie list but thanks for ripping Stryker so I can at least see if I should take a chance on the different price points. Brandon Pfaady for the D'backs is starting game 3 vs the Dodgers. If he wins the game that card could be very valuable.
